At AutoCurve, we specialize in precision automotive electronics. Because our systems are calibrated for specific vehicle architectures, we implement a rigorous return protocol to ensure the technical integrity of our inventory for all enthusiasts.

The Reflection Period

We offer a 14-day reflection period from the date of delivery. During this time, you can evaluate if the product meets your aesthetic and technical expectations.

Return Eligibility & Standards

To maintain our high standards of electronic excellence, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Pristine Condition: The unit must be in its original, uninstalled condition. Once a navigation system or electronic component has been mounted or wired into a vehicle, it is considered "used" and is no longer eligible for a standard return due to safety and calibration risks.

Original Packaging: All specialized wiring harnesses, GPS antennas, adapters, and protective films must be intact and inside the original branded box.

Technical Integrity: The internal software and firmware must remain unaltered.

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Technical Support Suite at support@autocurve.eu.

Verification: Our team will provide a brief "Compatibility Checklist" to confirm the reason for return.

Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address of our regional processing center.

Logistics: As we operate on a direct-to-manufacturer value model, return shipping costs and any associated logistics fees are the responsibility of the client, unless the unit is deemed technically defective upon arrival.

Refunds & Evaluation

Upon receipt, our technicians will perform a diagnostic check to ensure the unit is in its original state.

Approval: Once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Restocking: Please note that specialized electronic components may be subject to a processing fee to cover the technical recalibration and repackaging required for high-end automotive hardware.
