Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? To maintain our swift dispatch rhythm, orders enter our global fulfillment flow almost immediately. Modifications can typically be made within the first 12 hours. Beyond this window, the logistics process is in motion and changes may no longer be possible.

Where is my AutoCurve order dispatched from? We operate a Direct-to-Driver model, sourcing components from specialized international manufacturing hubs. This allows us to provide the latest automotive technologies fresh from production, bypass traditional storage delays, and deliver them straight to your doorstep.

How long will it take for my package to arrive? Delivery is a function of geography. While processing takes 2–5 business days, the transit time reflects the international journey of your order. You can monitor the elegant progress of your package through the personalized tracking link sent to your email.

Will I receive my entire order in one package? In our pursuit of efficiency, items originating from different specialized hubs may be dispatched separately. This ensures that each component reaches you as quickly as possible, rather than waiting for a consolidated shipment.

Returns & Support

What happens if I encounter a technical glitch during setup? Most integration queries are resolved through simple configuration adjustments. Before considering a return, contact our Technical Support Suite. Our specialists can often guide you through the synchronization process remotely.

What is your policy on returns? We offer a 14-day reflection period for units in their original, uninstalled condition. Because high-end electronics require precise calibration, components that have been mounted or wired are not eligible for standard returns. Customs & Import

Are there additional fees for international delivery? As your order travels through international corridors, it may be subject to local customs protocols or import duties determined by your country’s regulations.
